clutter-1.0-tests software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library (installed test programs), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clutter-1.0-tests
clutter-1.0-tests is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clutter-1.0-tests package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clutter-1.0-tests *
You will get with clutter-1.0-tests package name, version, architecture and description in a table
